I'm using kile on gnome ubuntu Everything works fine, but the inverse search function. The default viewer is Okular; forward search works, but reverse search - not. I was trying to change the settings. I've set xdvi as a viewer in "viewDVI", and reverse search works. But I have forward search which works with Okular and reverse search which works with xdvi.
If anybody has an idea how to enable reverse search with okular or forward search with xdvi, i'd be very greateful. BTW, How do you do forward search? I didn't find any menu entry for that but I may have missed it.
Basically you have to configure Kile as you did put also Okular very simple to do. Help Create Join Login. Operations Management. IT Management. Project Management. Resources Blog Articles Deals.
