But as long as you consider it as a primer on management, it will hold your attention because it is a virtual dictionary.
There are anecdotes and quotes from other management guru's. If you are a well-read Indian or a foreigner well read in ancient Indian history, the writer Pillai's prescriptions will make sense. The value system become the guiding force for the organization. There are three kinds of people, first, who do not start work because of fear of obstacles, second those wo start but stop when they are faced with obstacles and third, those who work inspite of obstacles and overcome it.
Do not procrastinate, a job started is a job half done. Find a purpose and the means wil follow. Pure strategy is a road man you create to reach your purpose. The author fails miserably to put the entire course in either interesting or knowledgeable format. He tried putting some meat by using reference of Covey's 7 habits but in a very awful way. All of this could be condensed in pages of text. This makes it a painful read without getting a feeling of learning something new out of each chapter.

It contains all information related to corporate management step by step with easy language. Everything is explained in detail with examples. Till now I have completed first 2 parts of this book.
